Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and at least 1 year of consistent food and beverage experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; basic math and numerical skills required.
• Working knowledge of computers; familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook 2 duties: perform various duties in food preparation and cooking on single hotline stations per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of back-of-house outlets; clean equipment and prep areas.
• Prepare food for line; ensure prep lists are stocked and station is ready at start/end of shift.
• Adhere to health department sanitation codes and safety guidelines.
