Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing the line, stocking and organizing prep areas, minimizing waste, and coordinating with leadership on daily operations and stock levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for the cooking line.
• Ensure prep lists are prepared and line stocked at shift start/end.
• Maintain sanitation to keep food out of the danger zone.
• Consult leadership on daily operations and stock levels.
• Support waste reduction and portion control.
• Assist cooks on the hotline by following menu specs.
• Work on a single hotline station.
• Perform all Cook 1 duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
