This role requires a high school diploma or GED with culinary training or experience in a casual full-service setting. You’ll work in a fast-paced casino environment with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts courses or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a casual full-service dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Season and garnish dishes and prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep cooking area clean and organized; handle daily inventory.
• Monitor safety and sanitation; follow health regulations.
• Assist with daily ordering of food items and stock control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
