Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks in Texas for full-time and part-time roles. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of dishes in a high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing menu items using standard cooking methods (cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying).
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices in a high-volume kitchen.
• Support back-of-house operations and collaborate with team to deliver quality dishes.

Line Cooks

If you are:

• A strong Team Player

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
