Job summary

Red Robin in Texas is hiring Line Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen dedicated to quality and safety. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, working with meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking various meals.
• Work as part of a high-volume back-of-house team to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Support line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and consistency.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
