Job summary

Red Robin in Pharr, TX is seeking energetic Line Cooks to join our high-volume kitchen. Learn Red Robin's unique food-prep style and contribute to prep of diverse menu items in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Committed to high health and safety standards.
• Experience in a back-of-house/kitchen environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking.
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients.
• Work in a high-volume kitchen as line cook or HOH team member.

Line Cooks

If you are:

• A strong Team Player

• At least 18 years old
• Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
