Job summary

Red Robin Franchisees Career Center is hiring for Line Cooks in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in Selma, TX. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking a variety of meals.

We offer back-of-house positions for experienced cooks and HOH team members with opportunities for advancement in a franchisee-owned Red Robin. Enjoy flexible hours and a dynamic, fun workplace with no late nights.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation (cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, cooking).
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Work in a high-volume kitchen and ensure quality.

Line Cooks

If you are:

• A strong Team Player

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
