Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks in a high-volume, full- and part-time capacity. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling and frying across meats, fish, poultry and vegetables.

This role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and careful attention to detail, with a focus on health and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Team player and strong communication are essential.
• Detail-oriented with great attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking a variety of meals.
• Work as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Assist back-of-house roles (chef, sauté cook, grill cook) as needed.
• Provide quality food preparation with emphasis on health & safety standards.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
