Position: Line Cook

As a line cook, you maintain high quality standards for each dish that is sent out. Consistency and perfection are the two things you strive for when delivering an unforgettable dining experience while working in a team-oriented environment.

What We Will Ask of You
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine for our guests, complying with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, refrigeration equipment, and adhere to all DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Properly close the kitchen following the closing checklist for kitchen stations and assist others in closing the kitchen.
  • Promptly report product shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef.
Requirements for Success
  • Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cooking.
  • Positive energy, team player attitude, and willingness to support fellow staff.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
  • Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
