Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks (full-time & part-time) to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will learn our unique preparation methods—cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying—and cook a variety of items from meats to vegetables while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

We value strong teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail. Position offers flexible hours and opportunities for advancement.

If you are:

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
