This role requires solid knife skills, fast-paced kitchen experience, and strong food safety knowledge. You will master all stations, maintain prep timing, and work across hot and cold sections in a dynamic, health-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens).
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, health-forward or scratch-kitchen a plus.
• Strong food safety knowledge and food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line on broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill.
• Master recipes and techniques for hot and cold kitchen stations.
• Build entrees quickly with great presentation.
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of rushes.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
