Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Line Chef to bring our scratch-made recipes to life on the hot line. You’ll master every station, deliver beautifully plated entrées, and stay sharp during peak rushes with consistent flavor and presentation.

As a team member, you’ll focus on knife skills, food safety, and the pace of a fast-casual kitchen, while contributing to a dynamic, health-forward menu that emphasizes quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens).
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen; health-forward or scratch-kitchen is a plus.
• Strong food safety knowledge and food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line and sauté, grill, broilers and ovens.
• Master recipes and techniques for hot and cold stations.
• Build entrees quickly with accurate plating and presentation.
• Prepare and manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of rush.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
