Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Line Chef to bring scratch-made recipes to life on the hot line. You’ll work across stations, execute precise plating, and maintain speed during peak hours in a fast-paced, clean-eating concept.

Ideal candidates have solid knife skills, experience in high-volume kitchens, and a passion for health-forward, delicious meals. This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens)
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, health-forward or scratch-kitchen a plus
• Strong food safety knowledge
• Food handler certification
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Standing/walking and lifting requirements as described in the job post

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line and maintain line pace during peak hours
• Master recipes and techniques for hot and cold kitchen stations
• Build entrees with attention to presentation and speed
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of rushes
• Support cleaning and organization across stations
