Job summary

goop kitchen is reimagining what fast, clean, and made-with-intention meals can be. As a Line Chef, you will bring scratch-made recipes to life on the hot line, crafting beautifully plated entrees that look as good as they taste while keeping pace during peak rushes.

You will master techniques across hot and cold stations, manage prep timing and par levels, and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Food handler certification is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line (broilers, ovens, sauté, grill) with precision and consistency.
• Master recipes and techniques for hot and cold kitchen stations.
• Build entrees quickly with strong presentation and plating.
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
