Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking Line Cooks (Line Chefs) to render scratch-made recipes on the hot line, crafting visually appealing entrees with precision and care. You’ll support hot and cold stations, maintain pace during peak hours, and uphold the brand’s commitment to quality ingredients and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have solid knife skills, experience in a fast-paced kitchen, and a passion for clean, health-forward cooking. Bilingual abilities are a plus; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line — broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill.
• Master recipes and techniques for every kitchen station (hot and cold).
• Build entrees quickly and accurately with great presentation.
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
