goop kitchen is hiring a Line Chef to bring scratch-made recipes to life on the hot line, delivering beautifully plated entrees with consistency and flavor. You’ll master station techniques, maintain pace during peak hours, and take pride in presentation and taste.

The role emphasizes strong knife skills, food safety, and health-forward cooking in a fast-paced environment; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Eligible 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens).
• Food handler certification is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (18+).

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line - broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill
• Master recipes and techniques for every kitchen station (hot and cold)
• Build entrees quickly and accurately with great presentation
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours
