North Florida Lincoln Company, a premier Lincoln dealership in Jacksonville, seeks a Luxury Concierge Coordinator to be the face of our service experience. You will manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate Lincoln’s pickup & delivery service with a premium, hospitality-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury service, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history; no suspensions.
• 1–2 years in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or premium automotive customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computer systems, database management, and multi-line phone systems; CRM/BDC software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and manage the lounge; ensure a premium, welcoming environment.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts; schedule service appointments using dealership systems.
• Arrange and track pickup/delivery services; coordinate loaner vehicles as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients on vehicle status and status updates.
• Support service advisors and handle basic cashiering and documentation duties.

Job Summary:

As a Luxury Concierge Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their service experience is seamless from start to finish. You will manage inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate Lincoln's signature Pickup & Delivery service. Core Responsibilities:

• Client Hospitality: Warmly greet clients upon arrival, manage the guest lounge amenities, and ensure a premium, welcoming environment.
• Communication & Scheduling: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries; accurately schedule service appointments using our dealership management systems.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange and track Lincoln's signature client vehicle pickup and delivery services, including organizing loaner vehicles.
• Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding the status of their vehicles, answering questions and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database, assist the service advisor team, and handle basic cashiering/documentation duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving history and no prior license suspensions (Required).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or premium automotive customer service.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer systems, database management, and multi-line phone systems (experience with automotive CRM/BDC software is a plus).
• Skills: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
