Job summary

Planet Lincoln Spring is seeking a Luxury Service Advisor to join our elite service team. You will be the primary point of contact for discerning clients, guiding them through maintenance with precision, sophistication, and transparency.

You will own the client experience, coordinate service needs, and ensure seamless logistics including pickup, delivery, and loaner vehicles, while maintaining proactive, real-time updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor in a luxury/high-volume environment.
• Polished, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software; VinSolutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from arrival to departure with a high-touch, luxury approach.
• Consult and coordinate service needs, translating technical details into clear guidance for clients.
• Manage logistics for pickup/delivery services and loaner vehicles to ensure a seamless process.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and factory-trained technicians to ensure accurate repairs and on-time delivery.

We are seeking a Luxury Service Advisor to join our elite service team at our premier, high-volume Planet Lincoln facility. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning clientele, guiding them through every step of their vehicle’s maintenance and care with precision, sophistication, and transparency.

What You Will Do

• Own the Client Experience: Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, providing an effortless, high-touch ownership experience from arrival to departure.
• Consult & Coordinate: Actively listen to client needs, accurately diagnose service requirements, and translate technical automotive needs into clear, reassuring guidance.
• Manage Luxury Amenities: Coordinate seamless client logistics, including our exclusive pickup & delivery services, mobile service dispatch, and luxury loaner vehicle allocations.
• Drive Service Excellence: Serve as the critical liaison between luxury clients and our factory-trained master technicians to ensure repair accuracy and timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain Meticulous Communication: Deliver proactive, real-time updates via the client’s preferred communication channels (phone, text, or email) regarding vehicle status, estimates, and timelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Luxury Automotive Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably within a luxury or high-volume import/domestic franchise dealership environment.
• Exemplary Communication: Polished, articulate, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Proficiency with modern dealership management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software (experience with platforms like VinSolutions is a plus).
• Process-Driven Focus: Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive and maintain poise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professional Presence: A sophisticated demeanor that aligns with elite luxury brand standards and client expectations.
• History: Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
