Job summary

Planet Lincoln Spring seeks a Luxury Service Advisor to lead a high-touch client experience at a premier, high-volume facility. You will guide discerning clients through maintenance with precision, sophistication, and transparency, acting as the main contact from arrival to departure.

You will manage luxury amenities, coordinate logistics, and liaise with factory-trained technicians to ensure accurate repairs and timely delivery while maintaining proactive communication across preferred channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a luxury automotive service advisor.
• Polished, articulate communication skills.
• Proficient with modern dealership systems (DMS) and CRM software; VinSolutions a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background check, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

We are seeking a Luxury Service Advisor to join our elite service team at our premier, high-volume Planet Lincoln facility. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning clientele, guiding them through every step of their vehicle’s maintenance and care with precision, sophistication, and transparency.

What You Will Do

• Own the Client Experience: Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, providing an effortless, high-touch ownership experience from arrival to departure.
• Consult & Coordinate: Actively listen to client needs, accurately diagnose service requirements, and translate technical automotive needs into clear, reassuring guidance.
• Manage Luxury Amenities: Coordinate seamless client logistics, including our exclusive pickup & delivery services, mobile service dispatch, and luxury loaner vehicle allocations.
• Drive Service Excellence: Serve as the critical liaison between luxury clients and our factory-trained master technicians to ensure repair accuracy and timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain Meticulous Communication: Deliver proactive, real-time updates via the client’s preferred communication channels (phone, text, or email) regarding vehicle status, estimates, and timelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Luxury Automotive Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably within a luxury or high-volume import/domestic franchise dealership environment.
• Exemplary Communication: Polished, articulate, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Proficiency with modern dealership management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software (experience with platforms like VinSolutions is a plus).
• Process-Driven Focus: Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive and maintain poise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professional Presence: A sophisticated demeanor that aligns with elite luxury brand standards and client expectations.
• History: Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
