Job summary

Texas A&M University is seeking a Limited Submission Specialist within Research Development Services to administer the university's limited submission and internal funding programs. You will coordinate proposal review and selection, communicate funding opportunities to the campus, maintain program websites and databases, and provide outreach to stakeholders throughout the proposal development process.

The preferred candidate will have five or more years of program-related experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four years of program-related experience including grant submission.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team and independently prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Limited Submission Program and liaise with agencies.
• Implement plans and provide administrative support for submissions.
• Analyze requirements and identify opportunities.
• Maintain the Limited Submission Website and databases.
• Provide outreach and stakeholder engagement and manage email inbox.
