Orthofix, a leading Med Tech company, is seeking a Territory Manager for Limb Reconstruction to cover the Philadelphia, PA area on a remote US basis. The TM will drive revenue growth, develop surgeons, and manage a full portfolio in a field-based role reporting to the RSM.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience, a strong surgeon network, and proven ability to grow territory quotas while maintaining clinical credibility in the OR.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven track record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Demonstrated success converting competitive business.
• Strong local surgeon network in Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics.
• Orthopedic clinical acumen, including frame and IM nail experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Execute the territory business plan and own quota and growth goals.
• Dedicate 100% selling time to Limb Reconstruction portfolio.
• Build a surgeon target list and opportunity pipeline.
• Provide in-person operating room case support for TL Elevate, TrueLok and TL-HEX frames, and Fitbone.
• Progress to independent case support across the full portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting and Strategic Accounts.
