Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. manages a 110-unit LIHTC senior community in La Verne, CA. We are seeking a Community Manager who reports to the Regional Manager and works Monday–Friday, with a competitive pay rate of $33–$35 per hour.

The role includes supervising on-site staff, managing budgets and occupancy, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and related programs, and leading marketing and resident relations. A CA driver’s license and LIHTC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with YARDI Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and manage resources.
• Meet property goals and occupancy targets.
• Ensure LIHTC and other program compliance.
• Prepare monthly variance and collections reports.
• Conduct resident tours and lease renewals.
