Job summary

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Section 42 property experience preferred.
• Minimum six months on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and other regulations; complete paperwork accurately.
• Process initial applications within two weeks and manage resident re-certifications.
• Assist with review of community financials and expenses.
• Post rent payments and subsidies; monitor aging receivables.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and maintain traffic data.
• Develop positive relations with stakeholders and ensure safety protocols.
