USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Community Manager for Vintage Grove Senior Apartments, a 110-unit senior community in La Verne, CA.

The Manager reports to the Regional Manager in a non-exempt, Monday–Friday role with a competitive hourly salary. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, maintaining LIHTC compliance, managing rents and collections, marketing and tours, and providing monthly reports on variances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager property management software.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to all community staff.
• Manage financials to meet budget and occupancy goals.
• Maintain LIHTC compliance and resident recertifications.
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts and conduct property tours.
• Prepare monthly variance and collections reports.
