USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments in Citrus Heights, CA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and is non-exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule, requiring overtime and weekend flexibility during lease up.

The position offers a competitive hourly salary of $33–$36, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a Tax Credit community.

Qualifications

Must have at least two years of on-site property management experience with Tax Credit knowledge.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of YARDI Voyager.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Routinely provides usable solutions to work-related problems and maintains a positive outlook.
Direct supervision of all community staff.
Ensure safety policies are reinforced and maintenance needs are met.
Meet financial benchmarks and maintain occupancy per budget.
Review aged receivables and collect outstanding balances.
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors and team members.
Monitor marketing efforts and adapt strategies to leasing goals.
Conduct property tours and report performance to owners and regulators.
Lead periodic community meetings with residents.
