Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 168-unit Silverado Creek Family Community in Elk Grove, CA.

The role reports to the Community Manager and is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting hourly rate of $26–$28, depending on experience. Ideal candidates have on-site LIHTC property experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and housing regulations.
• Process applications and recertifications on time.
• Post rent payments and review financials.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and manage waitlist.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to maximize income and occupancy.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
