Job summary

Habitat America, LLC seeks a Full-Time Property Manager for a community in Washington, DC. The candidate should have 3+ years of Tax Credit Property Management experience, with LIHTC expertise and preferably a TCS certification. Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Must be able to work independently and comply with regulatory guidelines. Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax credit property management experience (specifically as a Tax Credit Community Manager).
• LIHTC tax credit experience required; TCS certification is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills and customer service abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work independently and follow directions.
• Yardi software experience is a plus; ability to review operating statements and budgets.
