Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or COS certification strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies and leadership direction.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing financial reports and managing property budgets.
• Knowledge of resident income certification and recertification processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a tax credit community with regulatory compliance.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and partners.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations to maintain a stable community.
• Review monthly operating statements, variances, and cash flow performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial and property performance reports.
• Ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance, including income certifications and recertifications.
• Maintain resident files and documentation per agency requirements.
• Supervise property staff and ensure operational standards are met.
