• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing financial reports and managing property budgets.
• Knowledge of resident income certification and recertification processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze monthly operating statements, including budget-to-actual variances and cash flow performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports and property performance reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, including resident income certifications and re-certifications.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation in accordance with agency requirements.
• Supervise property staff and ensure operational standards are met.

This full-time role is ideal for a motivated property management professional with a strong background in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). This position will over see approximately 70-90 TC multi family units.
