Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managing communities with Tax Credit programs.
• 3 years supervisory experience effectively working with staff and management.
• Knowledgeable of local, state and federal Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• 3+ years experience in LIHTC compliance, certification and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and recertification programs for Tax Credit Community.
• Conduct applicant background checks and recommend acceptance.
• Supervise all assigned staff and manage the operations of the property.
• Maintain lease and accounting records, collect rents and prepare financial reports.
