Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing at our LIHTC affordable housing community in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining full occupancy, ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations, and delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include wait list management, income verification, renewals, data processing, and coordinating with property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance and recertification.
• Certification related to affordable housing or compliance (e.g., TCS or COS) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wait list for Tax Credit for potential residents.
• Coordinate compliance, certification, and recertification programs for LIHTC.
• Coordinate on-site data collections and processing of resident information.
