Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ LIHTC multi‑family property management experience.
• Strong track record in budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maximum occupancy and manage operating budgets.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and resident satisfaction/retention.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate with contractors.
