Gates Hudson & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Property Manager with LIHTC expertise to oversee all property operations, maximize occupancy, and coordinate resources with the Regional Manager and Owner.

You will recruit, train and supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, leasing, and accounting, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, ADA, and fair housing laws while coordinating with vendors and corporate processes.

Competenze

• LIHTC experience required.
• Experience managing 500 units or more.
• Must have 7+ years experience as a Property Manager or Regional Manager.

Mansioni

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and stay within guidelines.
• Hire, supervise and train on-site staff with Regional Manager approval.
• Coordinate leasing, accounts receivable, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, ADA, and fair housing laws.
