Job summary

RealAmerica Development LLC is seeking a Part-time Apartment Property Manager in Fishers, IN. The PM will maximize occupancy, control costs, collect rent, and ensure LIHTC compliance while supervising staff and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires LIHTC property management experience, a college degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. The PM will work in a multi-family portfolio including affordable and market-rate housing, with a focus on resident satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in LIHTC multi-family property management with strong financial results.
• Experience managing LIHTC, HUD and market-rate properties.
• Budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control experience.
• Proven supervision and staff management能力.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property daily and enforce community policies.
• Lease apartments to prospective residents and process applications.
• Manage renewals, terminations and LIHTC compliance per regulations.
• Develop tenant retention strategies to reduce turnover.
• Prepare and manage property budgets with expenses and revenue tracking.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with contractors.
• Provide training to staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Support with PTO, holidays and benefits administration.
