Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, financial reporting, and resident relations.
• LIHTC and compliance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, and expenses targets.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign maintenance and office staff.
• Operate in compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and unit turnover.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests/complaints.
• Monitor rents, post to accounts, and safeguard funds.
• Enforce lease provisions and report incidents to management.

Education
