Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in the southeastern United States seeks a Full-Time Community Manager for Overlook Ridge apartments and Lily Gardens apartments. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, marketing, resident relations, and budget management to maximize NOI and occupancy.

Requirements include a High school diploma, 3 years' property management experience, valid driver's license, and LIHTC familiarity. Competitive salary and benefits offered; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• HCCP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and maintenance projects.
• Monitor resident relations and retention.
• Provide reports as required.
