Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily operations including financial reporting, people management, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign office and maintenance staff.
• Ensure property operates in compliance with LIHTC, LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely turnover and repairs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
