Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience with LIHTC required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with Tax Credit/LIHTC and multifamily operations is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, and compliance goals.
• Supervise and train office and maintenance staff.
• Ensure property operations comply with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Coordinate maintenance, turnover, and vendor activities.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain positive relations.
• Enforce lease provisions and handle rent-collection processes.
• Report incidents to Regional Manager as required.
