Qualifications

• Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign responsibilities to office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with LIHTC, LIHTC, and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and operations, coordinate contractors and vendors, ensure timely unit turnover and repairs, maintain safe living environment.
• Uphold organizational values with integrity and ethics.
• Maintain resident relations, respond to requests and complaints, take appropriate actions.
• Collect and monitor monthly rents, post rents to resident accounts promptly and accurately.
• Enforce lease provisions including rent payments.
• Report accidents and emergencies to Regional Manager or Corporate Office with an Incident Report.
