Job summary

NewCastle Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for LIHTC affordable housing communities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance, drive financial performance, and develop onsite staff to meet budget and resident satisfaction.

You will lead marketing, budgeting, rent collection, and coordination with maintenance, while promoting a culture aligned with NewCastle's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in LIHTC property management and HUD/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Proficient use of property management and accounting software.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs.
• Coordinate collection of revenues and manage rent rolls.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, owners, and contractors.
• Assist in annual budgeting and stay within guidelines.
