NRP Group, Inc. in Denton, TX is hiring a Leasing Specialist for our LIHTC Lease Up community, Arbor Ranch. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, giving tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins with exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will implement on-site marketing, maintain files, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards while building resident retention and community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct leasing activities: tours, inquiries, move-ins.
• Coordinate marketing and move-in packets.
• Respond to prospect calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain files, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
