The NRP Group seeks a Leasing Specialist at Arbor Ranch, Denton, TX, to maximize occupancy through tours, inquiries, and move-ins. You will coordinate marketing efforts and maintain strong customer service to residents and prospects.

Under the Community Manager, you will manage leases, process payments, and support renewals while ensuring compliance with LIHTC guidelines and fair housing regulations.

Formación

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software desirable (Yardi).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; TCS accreditation a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct leasing activities at Arbor Ranch, respond to inquiries and provide tours.
• Schedule appointments, secure rentals and promote resident retention.
• Develop on-site marketing and referral programs to increase qualified traffic.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure smooth occupancy processes.
• Maintain and update files, collect fees, deposits, and rents accurately.
