Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a LIHTC community. You will conduct leasing activities, tour apartments, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and drive occupancy while providing excellent customer service.

Under the Community Manager's guidance, you will support marketing efforts, track renewals, maintain files, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy guidelines. Strong communication and computer literacy (Yardi, MS Office) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or relevant education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and coordinate on-site marketing efforts.
• Develop referral programs and support resident retention strategies.
• Maintain leases, file documentation, and ensure accuracy of payments.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Support property operations and assist at other properties as needed.
