Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience required.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of property and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support leasing team and manage marketing efforts.
• Develop and mentor team members, ensuring effective communication.
