Job summary

LDG Development LLC is seeking a Leasing Team Member in Dallas, TX to ensure LIHTC compliance, maintain occupancy, and prelease for future availability. You will greet prospects, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance and management to provide excellent resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years in leasing or property management, availability evenings/weekends, and working knowledge of Real Page Onesite. Competitive benefits accompany hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience, preferably in a LIHTC community.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, income limits, and eligibility requirements.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by going above and beyond to satisfy Solidago residents.
• Process rental applications and verify documents per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, conduct property tours, highlight features and benefits.
• Utilize the Solidago Standard of Leasing.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to create a positive first impression.
• Maintain organized resident files for compliance audits.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file documentation.
• Maintain lease file documentation per company policy; participate in audits.
• Stay informed on market conditions by shopping competition and attending Solidago training.
• Participate in and assist with planning the community’s Monthly Marketing Plan (MMP).
• Assist with additional community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
