Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market all leasing activities at the property, conduct tours of apartments and amenities, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins.
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations, Tax Compliance regulations, and occupancy standards.
• Process and report receipts of application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees; manage renewals and notices to vacate.
