Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Naples, FL. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, budgets, and compliance with LIHTC requirements.

You will lead marketing efforts, handle renewals, track performance, and ensure exceptional resident service. A 3+ year background in onsite management and LIHTC knowledge is required, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred; HCCP COS designations preferred.
• LIHTC experience: 1 year preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Support customer service and leasing standards, respond to resident requests.
• Direct marketing efforts and prepare lease paperwork for new/renewals.
• Determine renewal rates and issue renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and delinquency, collect balances and enforce leases.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, move-in/out inspections, and other statements.
• Organize resident activities and loyalty/retention programs.
• Identify improvements to increase occupancy, productivity, and profitability.
• Research market conditions quarterly for rental rates and concessions.
• Collect rents and deposits daily; manage budgeted occupancy and expenses.
