Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Historic Griffin Square Apartments in Knoxville, TN. You will oversee leasing, marketing, on-site staff, and budget management to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced on-site team and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff, vendors and corporate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with LIHTC and affordable housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operation of assigned property.
• Ensure property is maintained in market-ready condition.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to achieve high occupancy.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets reducing NOI risk.
• Coach and supervise on-site staff for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety practices.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and project oversight as needed.
• Provide regular property performance reports.
