Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management seeks a Leasing/Property Coordinator to support leasing efforts and community marketing. You will build tenant relationships, process LIHTC certifications, and oversee capital projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will handle rent collection, notices, and budget support, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation range reflecting market norms for the role in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations and compliance rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs.
• Build relationships with tenants, vendors and team members.
• Process certifications and recertifications per LIHTC standards.
• Oversee property capital projects such as roof replacements.
• Communicate professionally with tenants about property issues.
• Address emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Meet closing/traffic standards for qualified walk-ins and calls.
• Place approved advertising online or in print.
• Process applications and conduct credit checks.
• Assist in occupancy and maintenance management.
• Collect and process rent payments and issue notices for non-payment.
• Review expenses and assist in annual budget preparation.
• Conduct move-out inspections and finalize deposit statements.
• Walk properties and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.
