Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with LIHTC experience to oversee multi-family communities. You will supervise site staff, ensure tax credit compliance, and lead leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Under the Regional Manager's direction, you will prepare reports, manage budgeting, and maintain resident relations. A strong background in LIHTC properties, along with a valid driver’s license and English communication skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college education preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred; HCCP and COS designations are optional but beneficial.
• LIHTC experience is preferred and beneficial to LIHTC-property operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure compliance with tax credit requirements.
• Support customer service and leasing standards and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Direct all marketing efforts and assist in lease paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files, collect outstanding balances, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, demand notices, and other income/expense tracking spreadsheets.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, loyalty programs, and retention efforts.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the community.
• Research market conditions and adjust rental rates or concessions as needed.
